Will my photo actually look good?
This is the question almost everyone has before they order, and it is the right question to ask.
Most photos project beautifully. The ones that work best have a clear, centered subject — a face, a pet, a couple — against a reasonably simple background, with good natural lighting.
If you are not sure about your photo — send it to us before you order. We look at every image and tell you whether it will project clearly. If it won't, we tell you that and suggest alternatives. No purchase required.
How does the photo get inside the pendant?
Your photo is digitally processed and printed onto a tiny lens that sits inside the pendant. When you hold the pendant toward natural light or shine a light through it, the image appears — on your palm, on a surface, or simply visible when you look directly into the pendant.
It is not magic. But it looks like it.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order, specifically for your photo. Processing takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order.
If you are ordering for a specific date — a birthday, an anniversary, a holiday — message us before you order and tell us the date. We will confirm whether we can make it in time. We would rather tell you honestly than let you down.
What if it doesn't arrive in time?
Message us as soon as you know there is a timing issue. We will do everything we can to help, including expediting your order where possible. We cannot guarantee rush delivery on every order, but we can always tell you what is possible before you pay.
What if the quality isn't what I expected?
We offer a happiness guarantee. If your piece arrives and the photo quality is not what you expected — contact us with a photo of what arrived. We will replace it or refund it. No complicated process. Just reach out.
Can I send any photo?
Almost any photo can work. The best photos are:
- Clear and in focus — a blurry photo will project as a blurry image.
- Well-lit — natural outdoor light is ideal.
- Portrait orientation — the pendant is circular, so portrait framing keeps the subject centered.
- Simple background — a busy background can make the subject hard to see in projection.
If you have a photo you love but you are not sure it meets these criteria — send it to us first. We look at every one.
What materials are the pieces made from?
The pendants are stainless steel. They are tarnish-resistant and will not turn green. The bracelets and chains are adjustable to fit most wrists and necks.
Do the pieces come gift-wrapped?
Every order arrives in a gift-ready box. No additional wrapping needed. If you are giving it as a gift, there is nothing to prepare — just the moment when they open it and hold it up to the light.
Can I order for someone outside Lebanon?
Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. If you are ordering from outside Lebanon and want to confirm delivery timing before you order, contact us before you place your order.
